Rule of the Teen Patti Game
Teen Patti is a simple game to play. The aim of the game is to make the best three-card hand possible to win the pot. However, if you survive the game till the end without folding, then also you will win the game.
All the players collect a minimum stake amount known as Boot when the game begins. The amount is agreed upon before and is placed in the middle of the playing table.
The dealer then deals 3 cards to each player in the anti-clock direction. Once you get the cards, you can either play or fold the cards. Generally, a player who has seen his cards and doesn’t want to continue folds the round.
If you want to play, you have to add more stakes to the pot. You can do it in two ways:
By Blind: Any player who has not seen his cards and prefers to play as is can be termed as playing ‘Blind’. The minimum amount while playing Blind is the current stake or the Boot amount placed in the beginning.
You can decide to check your cards at any point in the game. Then you will be playing as seen, and all the rules applicable to the Seen player are now applicable to you.
By Seen: Player can see the cards dealt to him and continue to play. You can place the bets anywhere from the minimum stake amount (Boot) going up to 4x the Boot amount.
The act of adding higher bets to the pot as the game continues is known as Raise.
The betting continues until one of the following things happen:
1. All but one player folds, and he wins the game. It doesn’t matter what card sequence he holds.
2. Only two players are remaining at the end of the game. One of them can ask the other to show the other’s cards. The cards of both the players are compared. The player with the best hand wins the game. He gets to take the entire pot amount.

The player’s and dealer’s cards are compared. As you can see, the dealer has no proper sequence of cards. So, he loses the round.
We win the round with Ante of 25 + Raised bet of 50, giving us 75 returns.
Finally, click on ‘Rebet’ to continue with the same Ante. Or Choose ‘New Bet’ to add a fresh Ante amount and start a new game.

Hands in Teen Patti Game
Teen Patti game comes with different hands that players have to create with the cards assigned to them. These hands come with different rankings or values. So, you win maximum returns on your stake by creating the best hand in the game.
We have mentioned the different hands in the Teen Patti game and their respective ranking below:
1. Three of a Kind
Three of a Kind is the best poker hand to create in Teen Patti. The goal here is to create a sequence of three cards of the same values. It is also known as Trio or Trail.
Some instances of Three of a Kind hand are:
- Three Seven from different suits of cards
7 of Spades, 7 of Diamonds, 7 of Hearts
- Three Kings from different suits of cards
King of Hearts, King of Clubs, King of Spades
Hand formed with three Aces is the highest while with the three Twos is the lowest in this form.
2. Straight Flush
A sequence formed with three consecutive cards of the same suit. This is the pure sequence formed with the same suit cards.
There is also a ranking order moving from the highest Straight Flush hand to the lowest sequence. So, if two players have formed Straight Flush during the game, the highest hand is considered winning among them.
It begins with A-K-Q, which is the best hand in Straight Flush. It is followed by A-2-3, K-Q-J, and Q-J-10, which continues to the lowest of 4-3-2. Remember, the K-A-2 is not the right hand in the Teen Patti game.
For instance: Ace of Spades, King of Spades, Queen of Spades. As you can see, there is a proper sequence, and all the cards belong to the same suit, i.e., Spades.
The straight hand includes three cards consecutive in value but with a different suit. It is also simply referred to as a sequence. It follows the same hand sequence as the Straight Flush.
An example of Straight is King of Hearts, Queen of Diamonds, and Jack of Clubs. Now you can see although the sequence of K-Q-J is maintained, the suits (Hearts, Diamonds, Jack) are all different. This is the main difference between the Straight and Straight Flush.
4. Flush (Colour)
In this sequence, all the three cards of the Teen Patti must be of the same suit. It is not necessary for the values of the cards to be consecutive. However, if two players have a Flush hand, the high card hand wins.
An instance of Flush is Jack of Clubs, 8 of Clubs, 3 of Clubs. The suit is Clubs but the three cards have different, non-consecutive values.
5. Pair (Double)
Pair is formed by the two cards of the same rank. The third card can be different. If two players have a Pair sequence, the hand with the bigger values is the winner.
An example of Pair is Q-Q-7. The two Queen cards form the Pair sequence.
6. No Pair
This is based on the high card present in the sequence. It is not necessary to have a consecutive order of the card values.
If two players have a common high card in their sequence, the remaining card values are compared. The one with the higher values of the remaining card wins.
Here is an example of what a No Pair sequence looks like: King (Clubs)- 10 (Spades)- 7 (Clubs). The common high card is 10 of Spades.
